Eiléanóir Blair

Eiléanóir is a recruitment marketing leader who builds high-impact advertising campaigns for healthcare, public sector, and law enforcement agencies. Since joining Applichat in 2022 she has produced more than 15,000 candidate leads, running full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic job boards. She holds an MSc in Marketing Management from Queen's University Belfast, is fluent in French and Spanish, and was a finalist for Digital Marketer of the Year 2024 at the Northern Ireland Social Media Awards.
