Adam Chambers

Adam is Applichat's founder and chief executive, setting company strategy, owning relationships with government and healthcare partners, and serving as executive sponsor and senior point of escalation on client engagements. He brings over seven years of leadership in public-sector marketing, healthcare recruitment, and equity-driven outreach, specializing in data-driven strategies that use digital tools and automation to optimize public-health campaigns. He is a Direct Hire Council member and sits on the Staffing Technology Taskforce at the American Staffing Association, holds a BA in History from the University of Bristol, and was named to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2024 “40 Under 40”.
